Provide support, knowledge and training to the associated Business Units utilizing the Cisco Contact Center platform, which includes the Intelligent Call Manager (ICM), IP Contact Center (IPCC), multiple integrated call center applications such as IVRs, Workforce Management systems and CTI. Responsibilities include maintaining communication between the corporate Contact Center platform, outsourced contact center support personnel and the individual analysts among the business units; maintaining current vendor maintenance agreements, ICM related billing, scheduling and performing upgrades, and troubleshooting. In addition to above, this position may provide direct 2nd tier support or back up ICM analyst support to multiple business units along with managing new ICM deployments and contact center ICM closures. This position must have a vast knowledge of networking across Wyndham Business Units.

- Participate in research and development of emerging Internet technologies and determine relevance to current Hertz initiatives.

To qualify for this position you must have:

- Intermediate level skill set in Java programming language with solid experience in writing Java code, Servlets and JSPs.
- Enterprise Java Beans knowledge and/or experience is a plus.
- Good problem solving skills.
- Ability to perform in a team environment and be deadline orientated.
- Excellent communication skills.
