* Account Management Role
* Maintain regular touch points with customers throughout the year through telephone & email
* Execute contract renewals on all customer accounts to the required plans
* Executing Customer Service Plans
* Grow customer spend through product promotions / campaigns, as well as through usage stimulation
* Increase portfolio value through intelligence gathering and opportunity assessment and subsequent up-selling to existing customers
* Execute Customer Training (telephone) to ensure high early adoption rates
Skills:
* Proven track record in Account Management
* Sales experience required
* Business Acumen
* Professional – excellent verbal & written communication skills
* Good time-management skills and a self-starter
* Should be proficient and skilled in ‘Customer Focus’ |
