| Job Description: |
On behalf of our client (leading technology services provider and e-Business integrator) we are searching for HRMS-Lead Consultant.
Location: Saudi Arabia
Skills required:
-Oracle Apps
-Core HR, Payroll, SSHR, i-Recruitment, SSHR
Expectations:
-Two to Three full life cycle implementations in Oracle HRMS
-Should have an understanding of Application Implementation Methodology (AIM)
-Core HR, Payroll, SSHR, i-Recruitment, SSHR.
-Should have a good knowledge of HR processes and have good interpersonal skills
-Should have excellent Oral, written and presentation skills
-Consultants who played lead roles and techno functional roles will be preferred
-Should be open to travel to any place on the globe
-Requires the consultant to perform Process analysis, design, integration, testing, training and implementation, documentation.
-Interact effectively with customers, developers and peers to ensure the successful delivery and implementation of the solution.
-Should be conversant with business process analysis and modeling.
Job Experience:
-5+ yrs on Oracle Apps
Additional Qualifications/ Certifications (Desirable):
-MBA HR/PG in HR |
