Apatinska Pivara AD is driven to win and grow

If you would like to build your career by joining Apatinska pivara AD, please submit your resume to via our jobs page. All resumes are reviewed to determine whether candidates meet the needs of open positions. Resumes that do not meet our immediate hiring needs are kept on file for three months and regularly reviewed for potential matches. Due to the number of resumes received, we cannot reply to all submissions. It is a policy of Apatinska pivara AD to provide equal opportunity for every employee.

Stpes in our hiring process

This typically involves these steps:

  1. Managers who have jobs to fill will request that the human resources department post the job.
  2. One of our human resources representatives does the initial screening of applicants. This involves reviewing all applications or resumes to see if the applicants meet the basic requirements of the job. The goal is to identify those applicants who will be called in for an interview. More companies are using technology to help screen applicants. Growing technologies include resume scanning systems, databases and the Internet.
  3. Human resources department employees then set up interviews with the qualified applicants.
  4. The manager of the hiring department, and possibly others, interviews the candidates and makes the final hiring decision.
  5. Human resources employees then process all the paperwork needed to actually hire the person.

  2. Write a powerful resume.
  3. Go to jobs section and search the career opportunities.
  4. Locate the role for which you would like to apply.
  5. Complete and submit your application.
